Take care of the customers that are actually happy with you
There are always going to be customers that are harder to deal with. That's sort of the nature of business. Why are they difficult? Well, to start with, where's the unhappiness coming from?
Ignorance.
Customers are not stupid. Like you running a business they're running their own business too. They just don't know. Period. Even happens with peers sometimes who should know.
